Here's my pill: "Be the pill(s) you wish to see in the world" piller. There's plenty of room for all kinds of pills and pillers in this world. Just be careful as to which ones you're willing to swallow. All pills and pillers have their potential benefits AND side effects. And run from any that say "ONLY MY PILL IS THE TRUTH" pillers. There is no pill for discernment unfortunately. That is something you have to develop ON YOUR OWN.
